Connecting Another CalDAV Server

1. Find your provider’s CalDAV server address in its help pages or account settings. It usually starts with https:// and often contains dav or caldav
2. If your provider offers app passwords, create one for calendar access
3. Open Calendar, then Calendar Integrations from the settings menu
4. Under Connect a Calendar, select Connect on CalDAV
5. Enter the server address, your username and your password (or app password), then select Connect

We can see:

• Events in the calendars on that account, so your appointments show in one place and bookings avoid times you are busy
• If you turn on outbound or two-way sync, we add the appointments, will milestones and video wishes you choose in your sync settings

We cannot see:

• Your email, contacts or files: a CalDAV connection reaches calendars only
• Your password in plain form: we keep the password you give us encrypted and use it only for this connection

1. Open Calendar, then Calendar Integrations from the settings menu
2. Select Disconnect on the connected calendar. We remove the events we added to it where the server still allows, and delete the password we kept
3. If you created an app password for us, delete it at your provider too

• If the server cannot be reached, check the address is public and starts with https://
• If the connection is refused, try your full email address as the username, and an app password if your account has two-factor authentication
