Add thewill.ai to your safe senders

Make sure our reminders, document alerts and account notifications reach your inbox by adding noreply@thewill.ai to your safe-sender list

Last reviewed

Our transactional and notification emails are sent from noreply@thewill.ai. Occasionally a mailbox provider files a legitimate sender in the spam or junk folder, which means you could miss will reminders, document-expiry alerts and other important updates. Adding us to your safe-sender list, sometimes called an allowlist or whitelist, keeps our emails in your inbox.

Check your spam folder first

Look in your spam, junk or promotions folder. If you find an email from us, mark it as “Not spam” or move it to your inbox. This alone teaches most providers to trust us; the steps below make the change permanent.

Jump to your provider

Add us to your contacts

  1. Open Gmail on the web and select the settings gear, then See all settings
  2. Go to the Filters and Blocked Addresses tab
  3. Select Create a new filter
  4. In the From field enter noreply@thewill.ai, then choose Create filter
  5. Tick Never send it to Spam and select Create filter again

You can also open any email from us, select the three-dot menu and choose Add "Expat183" to Contacts list. If a message reached your spam folder, open it and select Not spam.

Frequently asked questions

Why aren’t my emails arriving?

Mailbox providers filter messages automatically, and sometimes a legitimate sender such as noreply@thewill.ai is filed in the spam or junk folder by mistake. Adding us to your safe-sender list (also called an allowlist or whitelist) tells your provider that our emails are wanted, so future reminders, document alerts and account notifications reach your inbox.

What should I do first?

Check your spam, junk or promotions folder. If you find an email from us there, mark it as "Not spam" (or move it to your inbox). This alone teaches most providers to trust us. Then follow the steps below for your provider to make the change permanent.

Which address should I add?

Add noreply@thewill.ai to your contacts or safe-sender list. You can also allowlist the whole thewill.ai domain where your provider supports it, so any address we send from is trusted.

Is it safe to allowlist a sender?

Allowlisting simply tells your provider to deliver our messages to your inbox instead of filtering them. It does not change your account security or share any of your information, and you can remove a safe sender at any time.
